We want you to love your daily ritual with mindmagic. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.

Our promise to you

You have 30 days from the moment your mindmagic arrives to request a return.
To be eligible, your mindmagic must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Please keep your proof of purchase.

How to begin

Simply email us at hello@alisatierhold.design. We’ll share the return address and next steps.
Please note packages sent back without first reaching out won’t be accepted.

Damages or issues

If your mindmagic arrives damaged, defective, or not quite what you ordered, let us know right away so we can make it right.

What can’t be returned

A few things are not part of our return ritual:

  • Perishable goods (like food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom creations or personalized items
  • Beauty & personal care items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

If you’re unsure about your item, just write to us we’re here to guide you.

Exchanges

If you’d like something different, the fastest way is to return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.

EU customers – your 14-day right

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you also have the right to return it within 14 days, no reason needed. Your mindmagic must be unopened and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is approved, we’ll refund you to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Keep in mind, banks and card providers may need a little extra time.
